The element you are studying basically is the element of Delta. It is the figure that is used in most mathematical applications for figuring these sort of equations. Not many people have a true working understanding of Delta and the randomness factor that makes up our construct of different energy patterns. There are currently legislations that could lead you in the right direction. Using a gas inside the inner tube and a different inductance could yield a much higher out-put. If you take into consideration most of the research on the market. I can certainly see that you’ll need the beryllium, but the Boron would be the thing I would be least likely to like in the equation. To quote wikipedia:

With this you also have to have enough Boron around in order to make the proper substances to make this gasouse stuff inside the tube as well. With all of this in mind you can just look and see that you are able to see how it can be done though at the same time there are those setbacks that can befall a Defense Contractor in this long process of getting approval for everything. It’s not simple to get clearnce levels and then work on stuff and then acquire materials for small testing and then the actual construction of a larger scale device for “show-and-tell” then you go from there. I see where the capacitance has been figured and i know where they are going with their inductance to get an understanding of it. It’s not far from the boron research that is done for focus fusion really as it’s understanding how to gain the perfect resonance. This perfect resonance takes both capictance and inductance to make it happen. I think the thinking behing this move is that it is a capacitor that is made of a crystal that is close to the hardness of emerald. Basically what they are trying to do is find the resonant frequency of a substance that is built via learning the mesophases of the items using a Crystal Laser to get an understanding of what might be the outcome of the situations being tested. LCD’s were just created not that long ago and they are still working on the technologies that will allow the lattices to be understood with their relationship to everything else. Until their construction it was understood that electrons were the smallest particle we could visibly see though we have used that technology to get an understanding of vectoring better and learning new ways of making resonance inside a system. The problem is for every factor you figure out there is a factor you cannot expect. It’s very simple really to understand why they want to make it out of something that is more easily created and in more abundance though has the proper structure and capacitance to equal an inductance that may have been found with the substance. This would lead to getting a better resonance out of a material that would seem to have a perfect amount of ability to build heat energy or kinetic energy by the charging of it by potential energy. The question is behind the circuit and also ability for the material to hold such a resonance even through temperature changes. This is considering they may not have a self contained cooling unit that regulates the heat around the actual “battery” basically.

A better explanaion would be that they have more advanced smaller technologies than we do and just care to share them and so therefore would keep them from their people until the rest of the world caught up with them. NREM sleep is divided into four stages:

Stage 1 – occurs in the beginning of sleep, with slow eye movements. Disappearance of alpha waves and appearance of the theta wave. People in this stage often believe that they are fully awake. During the transition into Stage 1 sleep, it is common to experience hypnic jerks.

The things we sometimes miss are the correlations between fields. The things we may be working on across the side to get a better understanding of the world. This is just a slight basic description about the brain and what we’ve learned through the quark interactions with C2+ or the dual calcium channels that make up every structure in your body that transmit or recieve neurological transmissions.

Electron being the most stable massive structure at least in our vicinity, I assume that electron mass defines Kolmgorov length as G/c^2 * m electron- which is the same as its Swarzhield radius (factor 2) . Such a vortex is inside electron.

Next, I assume based on observed stability of galaxy rotation curve speed, that the speed of rotation of Kolmogorov vortex outer edge at Kolmogorov lenght, l planck > L kolmogorov and L compton is c. Which also coincides with Zitterbewegnung.

This means that speed of Kolmogorov vortex = Kolmogorov speed is c.

Kolmogorov has derived some formulas for turbulence that work almost everywhere, especially in superfluid turbulence:

Kolmogorov speed = c= ( viscosity* energy dissipation per mass unit )^1/4
Kolmogorov lenght= (viscosity^3/energy dissipation/mass)^1/4

From these 2 one can find Kolmogorov time = Kolmgorov length/kolmogorov speed= ( viscosity/energy dissipation rate) ^1/2

If we put in all numbers, with a factor of 2pi this leads to following values:

so this dissipation rate of Aether equals Planck power dissipated over

particle in our Universe.

power ( 3,628*10^52 W) is pumped in from Aether in the form of information via electron shape to maintain its form and gravitational mass and is
the reason for rest mass /energy equivalence me c^2 = 8,188E-14 J = 0,511

It was called physorg though they steal your research then throw you off their boards while talking with the foremost renouned scientists in the world when you give China a piece of ice in their glass before giving them a drink. These are some very interesting topics to understand when understanding what exactly it is you are working with and the size of what you would need to make this a reality. There is a new nanotech firm going in town with a bunch of grants maybe someone will pick up on the science.
