    Rydberg matter (metallic hydrogen) can also be an aneutronic fuel – actually it releases no neutrons at all compared to other forms of aneutronic fuel, where fission chain reactions can release small fraction of energy as neutrons. It can also be used to catalyse other forms of fusion. What do you think?
