Drupal help needed

LPP needs some quick experienced help (paid) to finalize a new Drupal-based version of our website. the design work is done, but we need help to implement this rapidly.

If you want someone to give you a quote then a design (specification) document would be needed.
Otherwise you could hire someone per hour, but is hard to know if they will not doodle around.

If you want someone to do the management – draft the design document, manage change requests during implementation then you usually need a project manager.
I opened a company recently in UK on website development and we are already working with several clients, so would love to help with that for free.

We still urgently need help either volunteer or paid from an experienced Drupal “themer” to finish up our new LPP website. We have complete specifications in writing and pictures and the job is partially done. We do NOT need recommendations on where to look for help–we know that but we do need someone to either volunteer or offer to do the work for pay.
