So… I was reading the text of the iran treaty here, and paragraph 7.2 of section C of annex 3 seems to describe intentional measures to promote peaceful co-operation on fusion research between Iran and the EU+3(e.g. the US). I wonder how that squares with the State Department’s ejection of Dr. Hamid Yousefi?
Maybe now that the deal is signed, a reversal of that decision might be in the works. Second guessing the US government is an impossible task, but I saw that provision and had to wonder.
