Ampere’s force attracts electrons moving in the same direction, and can overpower the electro-static repulsion between electrons.
Can ampere’s force be used directly on ion currents, so that ions are concentrated so much in filaments that they fuse?
Such compression of ion currents might be an alternative to creating hot plasmoids.
maybe a positive charge equivalent to FOFU could do it.
how powerful an ion gun would be needed to create the necessary ion current & charge & voltage?
