    Folks;

    On the home page of google, there’s often a ‘google doodle’ that used to commemorate someone/something.

    I figured I’d try suggesting they highlight focus fusion, and their indiegogo funding request. We’ll see how that goes.

    In the meantime, you can always write to them, and pile on for the same idea. Write to: proposals@google.com

    C’mon folks. Did no one else repeat this suggestion to Google? Heck, write a letter!

    Of course I did…. sending an email to Google took less time than replying to this thread is all.

    Has Google ever supported a non-Google commercial venture in that way?

    Focus Fusion is a very public-spirited project, but LPP [em]is[/em] a company.

    Ther was a GoolgeX video/presentation. However, I don’t know that Google ever funded LPP.

    Eric Lerner gave a Google Tech Talk in 2007:

    In 2013 LPP and several other fusion research companies participated in a Google Solve for X event:

    However, Google has not invested any money in LPP, as far as I am aware.
