In science, a crackpot is often described as someone claiming to be misunderstood, and who refuses to submit their work to peer review. As you might expect, Louis has a reputation for being a crackpot and is often pwned by scientists or critical thinkers who like to post his rantings on their own blogs. It makes for good reading.
