The new copy is aimed squarely at visionary leaders with the balls to invest 1M$ in lining up 2 or more state universities to rapidly confirm breakeven, before the proof, so that they can lead the way into Industrial Revolution 3.0 . I’m also suggesting that a license and plant could cost less than 50M$ for very well-qualified licensees. That may be priced too low for credibility.
