What do you think about plasmoids produced within solids?
At the moment it seems like uncharted territory where anything is possible wrt electric induced fusion.
Highly ionized solids would in theory be good environments for plasmoids. Any thought? links?
Here’s one where a 1KW microwave beam is shot at silicon and plasmoids containing ‘dust’ pop out.

A plasmoid fusion power cell the size of an AA battery. That’s the possibility with plasmoids in solids.
