Hey guys,

I live in Chicago and I would like to start a plasma physics and fusion power research group. Do you live nearby – or do you know anyone who is enthusiastic about these less common fields of research that do? I was thinking about using meetup.com, but it doesn’t seem to have the depth of interest that members of a forum like this would. Maybe we could eventually do some experiments of our own… I’m not a physicist, but maybe some of you who are will want to get involved.
