Storytellers: unleash your creativity in support of mankind’s quest for fusion.
Our collective human task is to break through the fusion technology barrier and get to the next level of civilization. To do this epic deed, we’re going to need some bards. “Storytelling is a unique and powerful way of helping us understand our past, explore our present and build our future,” said Darren Walker, vice president of Ford‘s Education, Creativity and Free Expression program. “We see these stories as vital ingredients to social change, translating how people engage with the world and the issues that define our time.”
“Storytellers” refers to those who work with any media now existing or hereinafter devised.
The goal of the “Contender” section is to enable us to compare different energy candidates. We are most interested in the contenders for a “fusion prize.” However, we will compare a range of energy approaches for a broad perspective on humanity’s energy options.
This entry is a successful test of a stand alone entry form (SAEF) to enable users to add articles to the blog. Our goal is to turn this website into a more user-friendly venue for exploring focus fusion. Your input is appreciated!
“Fo fu wun” is also a martial art form involving contortions in a tight, highly charged experimental space.
A graduate engineering student at the University of Rhode Island, Andrew Marchesseault, has volunteered to help Focus Fusion Society perform a more detailed thermal flow analysis of a focus fusion reactor design.
The redesign of the Focus Fusion Society website, the result of the hard work of FFS webmaster Rezwan Razani, has brought new volunteers to the focus fusion cause and developed many new discussions among visitors to the site. The biggest change in the website was the introduction of a wide variety of community forums for discussion on all aspects of focus fusion.
The world needs fusion. That’s a given. The question is, do you want to be one of the people who makes it happen? Here are the top reasons for you to personally fund the research that can lead to humanity harnessing fusion power. Buttons for making donations to your left.
