FFS membership meeting for 2012

We need to have our annual membership meeting for 2012. There is a lot of important things to be done:
Share the progress over the last year, elect new leadership and approve the updated bylaws.
The time for the meeting was assigned as 1 of December 2012 12:00 PM New York time. I will be responsible for the organisation so feel free to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
This is also a good time to show some support to our society and become a dues-paying-member so that you can have a vote in our meeting.
I will be sending out invitations to our paying members and will be posting any relevant information here in this article.

The meeting is finished, here are the meeting minutes:
1)Approved by unanimous consent: Voting on board candidates should be done by email. It should be a simple Yes/No vote for each candidate. Votes will be accepted by email to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) and alternatively by “Contact Us” form on the bottom of http://focusfusion.org page.

Votes will be counted at the end of the week (2012 December 7).
2)Approved by unanimous consent: Board of Directors will call an irregular meeting of Focus Fusion Society
members to approve the bylaws once it is finished by the Bylaws committee and approved by the board of directors.

I have counted the received votes and the result is that all Directors including Executive Director were approved unanimously. The votes are not disclosed due to privacy, but you can feel free to do a public vote count if there are no disclosure concerns from your own side.
